Loading and unloading at your site
We move cartons, palletised goods, materials and equipment between vehicles and the receiving or dispatch areas at warehouses, shops and business premises. The work can involve articulated lorries, rigid trucks, vans or containers, depending on the agreed operation.
Tell us what is arriving or leaving, the size and weight of the load, and the access and handling facilities available. Loading bays, ramps, lifts and internal routes help determine how the work should be organised.

Internal movement in warehouses and business premises
We help move goods between storage areas, reposition stock and relocate materials or business furniture within your premises. Typical requests include warehouse reorganisation, changes to shop displays and movement of boxes or furniture between offices or archive rooms.
You identify the items and their intended positions. We agree the sequence of work and coordinate with your on-site contact. If you need stock control, picking or ongoing warehouse management as well, our on-site logistics service covers those activities.
Support for conferences, events and trade fairs
Event handling needs to fit the venue's timetable and access arrangements. DigiCompany supports the physical movement of materials before, during and after business events in Rome and the surrounding province.
Before the event
We unload materials and move them to the areas specified by the organiser. Items can include business furniture, display units, promotional materials and equipment. Positioning follows the agreed instructions and sequence.
During the event
Where included in the service, we provide internal transfers or repositioning of materials at agreed times, coordinated with the organiser and venue.
After the event
We collect materials from the agreed areas and move them back to vehicles or designated collection points. Departure times and loading order are arranged in advance.
This is a goods-handling service. It does not include stand assembly or dismantling, unpacking, or household and office removals.
One-off work and recurring support
A single delivery, a warehouse reorganisation and a programme of events each require different arrangements. We assess the activities, dates, expected workload and site conditions before agreeing the service.
For recurring work, share the expected frequency and any changes in workload. This allows the handling activities to be planned alongside your receiving, production or event schedule.

Yes. You can request a single day, several days or recurring support. Activities, dates and availability are agreed before confirmation.
Does goods handling include transport between addresses?
Not automatically. Internal movement and road transport are separate activities. If both are needed, include the collection and delivery addresses so we can assess a combined service. See road transport.
How should we prepare materials for an event or office reorganisation?
List the items, identify their destination areas and share access instructions. Clear labels and an agreed movement plan help the team place items where required.
Can handling be combined with storage?
Yes, subject to compatibility and availability. Explain which goods need storing, for how long and what handling is required.
